To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Product must not be damaged or tampered
Non-returnable items:
Digital downloads (meditations, audio files)
Personalized/customized products
Opened spiritual tools or bottles (for hygiene reasons)

Once approved, we will share return instructions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
