  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our website.
  • Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from us.

  • You: The individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 7 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement that’s emailed to connect@wingsofchange.store.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods have not been used or damaged.
  • You provide a screenshot showing the Goods in their original condition as received.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

Process for Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
  1. Send the Goods to the following address:Godown: Office no. 4, 1st Floor, Vishal Electronic shop Bldg., G.D.Ambekar Marg, Kalachowki, Mumbai 400033. Landmark: Next to Swati Bar.
  1. Provide a Tracking Number: Inform us about the return AWB number and shipment details to allow us to track the package.
  2. Screenshot for Proof: Attach a screenshot of the product in its sent condition to validate its eligibility for return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 Days. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies or the payment mode.

 

Additional Information

Please note, while we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy, the following conditions still apply:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the refund request.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

For products that are exempt from being returned, such as personalized items or goods classified under health and hygiene categories, this policy does not apply.
